Subscription management and Cancellation Terms

Subscriptions

Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order option. This policy explains how you can manage, pause, or cancel these purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Flexible Subscriptions

Flexible subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) deliveries.
After your second delivery, you may change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Example: If you subscribe on March 1, you may change, pause, or cancel your subscription after your second delivery in April.

Fixed-Term Subscriptions

Some subscriptions are offered with a fixed term (for example, 12 months).
Fixed-term subscriptions cannot be canceled before the end of the agreed term. Any cancellation or changes will only take effect once the fixed term has been completed.

Pausing Your Subscription

Customers may pause flexible subscriptions for up to three (3) months. During a pause, no payments will be charged, and deliveries will resume automatically once the pause period ends.
Pausing is not available for fixed-term subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Renewals

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must change or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.


How to Change, Pause, or Cancel Your Subscription

To manage your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer portal

  2. Click Manage Subscriptions

  3. Select Manage this subscription for the subscription you want to update

  4. Make your changes, pause the subscription, or click Cancel subscription and confirm
