Subscription management and Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions
Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order option. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these purchases.
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Flexible Subscriptions
Flexible subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) deliveries.
After your second delivery, you may change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Example: If you subscribe on March 1, you may change or cancel your subscription after your second delivery in April.
Fixed-Term Subscriptions
Some subscriptions are offered with a fixed term (for example, 12 months).
Fixed-term subscriptions cannot be canceled before the end of the agreed term. Any cancellation or changes will only take effect once the fixed term has been completed.
Price Changes
We may update subscription prices from time to time, for example to reflect changes in product or operating costs.
If your subscription price is increasing, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. This notice will include the new price, the effective date, and your right to cancel your subscription at no charge if you do not agree with the change.
If you take no action before the effective date, your subscription will continue at the new price starting with your next delivery.
Renewals
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must change or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
How to Change or Cancel Your Subscription
To manage your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer portal
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Select Manage this subscription for the subscription you want to update
- Make your changes, or click Cancel subscription and confirm
