SHIPPING

Standard Delivery

Canada & USA
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $250.00 USD within Canada and the U.S.A. (excluding Hawaii). Some restrictions may apply.

Once fulfilled (1–3 business days), domestic delivery typically takes 5–14 business days. Delivery claims cannot be submitted until 14 days after the order has been updated by the carrier. Orders will not be reshipped prior to this waiting period. Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding any delivery inquiries.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, any split shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Some products may ship from different warehouses and could incur additional shipping fees, including international charges. Each shipment may be billed separately.

International Orders

All international shipments from Doc of Detox are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Orders are the responsibility of the customer. Doc of Detox is not liable once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
• Doc of Detox is not responsible for packages that are abandoned due to denied entry by the destination country. Any resulting loss is assumed by the customer, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
• The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import fees, and required documentation necessary for entry into their country.
• If a package is returned to Doc of Detox, eligible refunds will be reduced by the cost of damaged goods, customs fees, duties, and return postage charged to us.
• Orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, or DHL from Canada once the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.

If you use a U.S. address followed by a third-party forwarding service to your international destination, our shipping insurance ends at the original U.S. delivery point. Doc of Detox is not responsible for any damage once handled by a third-party carrier.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all international orders. Our U.S. warehouses are not equipped to pack items for overseas transit — all international shipments are sent from our Canadian warehouse to ensure successful delivery.


RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your regular-priced Doc of Detox branded products*, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, provided items are in their original condition.

Please note:
Grounding items are not eligible for return or exchange. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer only.

We cannot process refunds or exchanges beyond the 30-day return window. Unopened items returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund minus shipping and handling costs. Opened items will be assessed for store credit only, which may be prorated based on the product’s condition.

To initiate a return, email customerservice@docofdetox.com. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA and prepaid return label (subject to regional eligibility).

Only returns with an authorized RMA label will be accepted. Do not ship items without an approved label.

Return labels are valid for 30 days from issuance. Unused labels expire after that period, and the items will no longer qualify for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return and/or original shipping costs will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.

Refunds and replacements are processed only after returned products are received and inspected by our team.

For items valued over $49, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance. Doc of Detox cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-returnable items include:
Perishables (food, flowers, etc.), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and the following:

If there is an issue with your order, please contact customerservice@docofdetox.com immediately with your order number and photos of the products received. Unauthorized returns may be subject to store credit only, pending inspection. Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in non-original condition or missing parts.

Delivery Discrepancy Policy:
Customers must report any missing items within 7 days of delivery to customerservice@docofdetox.com.


REFUNDS

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll contact you to confirm how we can proceed based on our assessment. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Store credit refunds will be issued as a coupon code via the email linked to your account.
A flat-rate return and/or original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Opened products will be evaluated for store credit only, prorated according to use.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund hasn’t appeared within 5 days of issuance, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary. Some refunds can take up to 10 business days to post, depending on your financial institution.

If it’s been longer than 10 days and you still haven’t received your refund, contact customerservice@docofdetox.com for assistance.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. To request a replacement, email customerservice@docofdetox.com with your order number and photos of the item received.


SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged under certain conditions.


STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS

Store credits and gift cards are issued after an order is fully processed and shipped. During promotions or sales, these will be created once the event ends. If an order is canceled before shipment, any associated store credit or gift card will be void and not reissued.


FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Some credit card companies may charge international transaction fees when a purchase is processed through a foreign bank or currency. These fees are issued by your card provider, not Doc of Detox, and may appear as a separate charge on your statement.

We do not charge foreign transaction fees. Please contact your card provider for more information if you notice such charges.


NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION

Add Navidium at checkout to fully protect your order against loss, damage, or theft. Some conditions apply.

We strongly recommend purchasing Navidium coverage. Without it, Doc of Detox cannot guarantee replacement, refund, or reshipment for lost or damaged orders. For international shipments, we cannot replace or resend packages unless Navidium was purchased.
Doc of Detox and its affiliates are not responsible for any order once it leaves our warehouse.

How to Add Navidium:
Navidium is automatically added to your cart at checkout. If you choose to remove it, Doc of Detox will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Filing a Navidium Claim:
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, email claims@docofdetox.com with your order number in the subject line, include photos of the affected products, and a brief description of the issue.

Claim Deadlines:
All claims must be filed within 60 days of the order date.
• Damaged: within 30 days of delivery
• Lost (domestic): 10–30 days from last tracking update
• Lost (international): 20–30 days from last tracking update
• Stolen: 5–15 days from when marked delivered

We require these timeframes as delays or premature “delivered” scans may occur during transit.

Why can I only pay in USD? We are an international company and process all transactions in USD to streamline operations across global markets and service providers.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus digital payment methods that process in USD through our secure checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship overseas? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs apply based on your location and order size. Free shipping is currently available only for domestic orders.

How long will it take to get my order? North American orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days. International deliveries take 15-40 days, depending on location and shipping method. Tracking details are included in your confirmation email.

What if my order is delayed? Once shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. For tracking updates or delays, contact your shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

What shipping carriers do you use? We use USPS, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, OSM, and CDL depending on your location. Carrier selection is automatic—we cannot accommodate carrier requests for domestic shipments.

GIFT CARDS & DISCOUNTS

How can I use my Gift Card? Gift Cards are sent as coupon codes to your email. Enter your code at checkout to apply it toward regular-priced items.

Do you offer bundle discounts? Yes! Save when you purchase multiple products together. Check our product pages for current bundle offers—combining complementary formulas (like Calcium Ion Therapy + Infinite Iodine) often provides the best value. Bundle discounts are automatically applied at checkout when you add qualifying items to your cart.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my product? Returns are accepted under specific conditions. Most supplements are Final Sale once opened. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for complete details.

What if I receive a damaged product? Contact customer service within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assessment and resolution.

PRODUCT SAFETY & USAGE

Are your products safe with my medications? Many nutraceuticals interact with prescription medications. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you take thyroid, heart, or bone medications.

How long until I see results? Results vary by product. Bone support: 3-6 months. Thyroid support: 4-8 weeks. Joint support: 4-8 weeks for some users. Consistency over 2-3 months is essential.

Can I take multiple products together? Do NOT combine multiple Calcium Ion Therapy products (MegaGen, DentiGen, CartiGen, AlziGen, MaraGen). You may combine products from different categories. See specific product information for more details. Consult your healthcare provider first.

Should I take supplements on an empty stomach? Yes, most liquid nutraceuticals work best on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before food or other supplements.

What if I miss a dose? Resume regular dosing at the following interval.

PRODUCT QUALITY

Are your products third-party tested? Yes. All products are manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities with third-party testing. Certificates of Analysis available upon request.

What makes you different from pharmacy supplements? Our products use advanced delivery systems (like CIT technology for pre-ionized liquid calcium) and clinical-evidence dosing for enhanced bioavailability compared to standard pharmacy supplements.

Are your products FDA approved? Dietary supplements don't require FDA approval. Our manufacturers follow FDA cGMP regulations. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

STORAGE & EXPIRATION

Do your products expire? Yes, expiration dates are printed on packaging. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use past expiration date.

SPECIAL POPULATIONS

Can pregnant women take your supplements? Not without healthcare provider approval. Mineral and iodine supplementation during pregnancy requires medical supervision.

Can I take these with kidney problems? Consult your nephrologist first if you have kidney disease or history of kidney stones. Calcium supplements may increase stone risk.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do you offer samples? No. Meaningful results require consistent use over weeks or months, making single-dose samples ineffective for assessment.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24-48 hours.
