1. Bring 1 gallon of purified, preferably structured water to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and allow boiling to stop completely.
3. Add 2 tea bags, cover the pot, and steep for 8 hours to reach full potency.
4. Transfer tea and tea bags to a container and refrigerate.

Initial Dosage (First 3 Days):

• 4 oz in the morning and 4 oz in the evening

Regular Dosage:

• 8 oz twice daily

Dosage Adjustment: The goal is to achieve 2-3 bowel movements daily with a slightly loose consistency. If experiencing watery stool, reduce the dosage by half for one day and gradually increase back to the full dose. If diarrhea persists for more than two days, discontinue use for one day, then restart at half the dosage.

Some individuals with sensitive digestive systems may want to start with 2 oz twice daily. Those experiencing constipation can use 3 tea bags. The tea can be reheated (without boiling or microwaving) and consumed plain or sweetened with honey or fresh lemon.
